[linux-uvc-devel] Changing average bit rate dynamically

Hi all,

I am trying to write UVC host driver and for that I am using C920HD
webcam. I need to change average bit rate of its encoder.
C920HD webcam exposes h264 compression format as frame based format. As
per UVC video specification 1.5, frame based format doesn't include
field dwAverageBitRate in video probe/commit control descriptor.
Can any one please suggest how can I do that?
