Hi,

Was testing uvcvideo with a new camera and discovered that, while it works,
it was printing millions of log messages, filling up my root volume. Please
see attached a patch to alleviate the problem. Tested on Ubuntu 13.10 with
a patched 3.11.10.4 kernel.

This was triggered by an IPEVO Ziggi-HD camera, lsusb attached.

Regards.

Hi,
you should also post this to the linux-media mailing list
(http://linuxtv.org/lists.php), I think revision will be faster that
way.

Regards,
Paulo

Subversion Kills Productivity. Get off Subversion & Make the Move to
Perforce.
With Perforce, you get hassle-free workflows. Merge that actually works.
Faster operations. Version large binaries. Built-in WAN optimization and
the
freedom to use Git, Perforce or both. Make the move to Perforce.
